I agree and expressly acknowledge, as a KBO event participant, that I am fully aware that certain events, including field trips, involve certain risks and dangers that include, but are not limited to, the hazards of traveling, the risk of injuries, and the possibility that an accident or illness could occur as a result of the participation. In consideration of, and as part of the right to participate in a KBO event, I do hereby waive, release, and hold harmless KBO, their agents, employees, directors, volunteers, and contractors hired in connection with an event or as part of the organization in general. I also agree not to allow any other individual to participate in my place. I further agree that KBO may use any photograph taken of me for use in publicity and promotional materials related to KBO events, KBO in general, or the advancement of bird conservation.(Required)
