World Migratory Bird Day

Be the Solution to Plastic Pollution

As a World Migratory Bird Day event KBO’s Wings and Wine Gala is dedicated to celebrating migratory birds and highlighting ways to conserve them. The 2019 Migratory Bird Day conservation theme is, “Protect Birds: Be the Solution to Plastic Pollution.” This year we have invited Recology Ashland to join us and share more about how Recology works with comunities to create a world without waste by developing and discovering sustainable resource recovery practices that can be implemented globally. They will also have more information about World Migratory Day and ways you can be the solution to plastic pollution.
